CANDLE CARE: When you light your candle for the first time do not extinguish it until an even wax pool reaching the edge of the glass has formed. This can take between 2-4 hours. Your candle will then burn evenly all the way down due to candle memory, otherwise tunnelling may occur.

EXTINGUISHING YOUR CANDLE: Always use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame. Blowing out your candle can splatter the molten wax and the wick may continue to glow and emit smoke.

Remember to remove any wick or debris from the candle before burning. After the wick has been extinguished and the candle is cold, trim wick to approximately 5mm. Trimming can be done with a wick trimmer or snap off the burnt part of the wick with your fingers.
